Once we have the required content and access, we organise your information and create a design that captures your atmosphere. You review the design and give your feedback before we build.
We develop your website, prepare the agreed languages and connect your booking route. You review the website before we agree its launch. Afterwards, we show you how to make everyday updates yourself.
Our usual development time is around six weeks after receiving all required content and access.
We agree the schedule with you; it can vary with the project and feedback.
The quiet mornings. The view from a pitch. The feeling of being away from it all. We use photography, colour, typography and layout to bring your campsite’s character to life. Your website feels inviting and works on mobile, tablet and desktop.
Before choosing a layout, we consider what visitors need to know to choose your campsite. Accommodation, facilities, surroundings and practical details get a clear place, making it easier to explore and decide.
You don’t need a perfect brief. We help organise your information and explain what makes a stay with you special. Essential includes editing of your supplied text. Premium and Ultimate include copy developed from your information.
Welcome international guests from their first visit. We prepare the included pages, navigation and buttons in the agreed languages. Translations of the same page do not use extra pages from your allowance.
We connect your website through a standard booking link, form or suitable module supported by your provider. We confirm compatibility and the included connection before implementation. Custom integrations and provider charges are separate.
We improve suitable photographs with AI-assisted editing of light, colour and clarity. The real place stays recognisable. We do not add facilities that do not exist or make pitches appear larger. You approve the results before publication.
Clear headings, page titles, descriptions and a logical structure help search engines understand your website. We build these foundations into the included pages.
We check the included pages, forms, languages and booking connections. You review your campsite information and approve publication before we launch together.
Ultimate
Your website, brochure and entrance sign should feel like they belong to the same place. With Ultimate, we develop a visual identity around your campsite’s character and the guests you want to welcome.
HOSTING & WEB CARE
Every plan includes Hosting & Website Care as a required annual service. It starts when your new website goes live, so we can maintain the environment and software we deliver.
Essential: €708 per year. Premium and Ultimate: €948 per year. Prices exclude VAT.
Hosting is invoiced at launch and annually on the launch anniversary. Each invoice is payable within 14 days.
Domain registration, reservation software, content changes and new features are separate unless expressly included.
No. You can choose a plan and order directly. The free concept is there if you would like to see our approach first.
Yes. You receive one personalised homepage concept, without an obligation to order. We deliver it within one week after receiving the required information and usable photos. It shows how your homepage could look; building the website and further revisions are part of a paid project.
A separate page such as Home, Accommodation, Facilities or Local Area counts as one page. Individual accommodation pages also count. Translations of the same page do not count as additional pages: ten pages in four languages still fit within a ten-page allowance.
We use AI-assisted translation with consistency checks. You review the campsite information before publication. Review by a native-language professional can be arranged separately.
We start with your existing provider and check its supported links, forms and modules. We confirm the available connection before implementation. Custom integrations are assessed and quoted separately.
YourCampingWebsite does not charge a per-booking commission. Your reservation or payment provider may have its own charges.
Our aim is to improve the photograph while keeping the real place recognisable. We do not add nonexistent facilities or make pitches appear larger. You approve the results before publication. If a photograph cannot be improved reliably, we recommend taking a new one.
Hosting & Website Care is a required part of your order. It allows us to maintain the technical environment we deliver. The initial service period is one year from launch. Renewal and cancellation arrangements are provided before payment and in your terms and conditions.
Domain registration and renewal are separate unless expressly included. We can connect your existing domain to the new website. Email hosting is included when needed; we agree the setup with you before launch.
Our usual estimate is around six weeks after receiving all required content and access. We agree the schedule with you. Content readiness, feedback and booking-provider requirements can affect it.
We build your new website in a separate environment, so your current website can stay available during development. We coordinate the switch with you and aim to keep interruption to a minimum. The timing can depend on your existing hosting, domain settings and external providers.
You pay the full website investment when ordering through Mollie. Before payment, you see your selected plan, applicable tax, website total and annual hosting commitment. Your order is confirmed after payment has been verified.
Hosting & Website Care is invoiced separately at launch and annually on the launch anniversary. Each invoice is due within 14 days.
Yes. An additional standard page starts at €225, using an existing layout and your supplied information. An additional language starts at €350, depending on the number of pages and amount of content. Both prices exclude VAT.
Accommodation pages, custom integrations, extra copywriting and additional brand materials are quoted according to the work required. We confirm what is included, including any translation work, and agree the price before starting.
After full payment, you receive the agreed rights to the final bespoke design and any commissioned logo and visual identity, including the agreed design files. Third-party software, fonts and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licence terms.
Yes. We can provide available export files for your new host or quote to manage the migration. Some premium licences and services may need replacing. Moving your website does not automatically end an existing hosting commitment; cancellation follows the applicable terms.
We respond to ordinary service requests within five working days and reported website malfunctions within one working day. These are response times; resolving an issue depends on its cause.
Technical issues within the agreed Hosting & Website Care scope are covered. Content changes, new pages and new features can be requested through our service ticket system and quoted separately.
